Yes, all camping passes must accompany a weekend Tailgate GA or a weekend VIP Pass. Grandstand GA passes are not permitted with camping! 

All camping passes will be sent via email.

Yes. There are a number of other lodging options in town that would be happy to
accommodate you for the weekend. Click the “Lodging” tab under info to view
our lodging partners.

Each camping pass comes with 1 parking pass, however, parking is offsite. A
shuttle will be available to bring you back to the event grounds after you have
check-in and will return you to the parking area Monday morning.

The campgrounds open on Thursday, September 2 at 3:30pm and will close
Monday, September 6 at 12:00pm.

Due to camping areas being located on the festival grounds, we are unable to
allow outside alcohol. Bar service will be available to all campers in the LOCKER
ROOM, beginning Thursday at 5pm.

No. Golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, skateboards,
hoverboards, or any other personalized wheeled vehicles are not allowed. Link

Yes, there will be a general store on-site equipped with basic essentials. We
suggest attendees plan ahead with basic necessities.

 

Any and all open fires are not permitted on the campgrounds. Any attendee who is found with an open fire will be immediately removed from the grounds withoutaccess to the festival. Any RV camper will be towed from the grounds at the owner’s expense.

RV spaces may have a tent so long as all property fits inside the confines of the
20’ x 45” campsite.

Tent camping sites are 20′ x 30′ and RV camping sites are 20′ x 45′.

No. Pets and animals are not allowed on the camping or festival grounds.
Service animals are allowed but need to be submitted to
info@touchdownsandtunes.com for approval.

Tent camping can be single or double occupancy (one or two tents), but all
belongings must fit within the confines of the 20′ x 30′ tent campsite.

Quiet hours are 1:00am-7:00am

Yes. Each camping area will have overnight security.

Propane grills or small gas operated camping stoves are permitted.

Yes. Shower facilities will be provided to all camping attendees.

It is an 8 person max for RV and Double Occupancy tent camping. It is a 4
person max for Single Occupancy tent camping. Each person in camping areas
must have their own festival pass.

No. Day passes and Grandstand Weekend passes are not able to purchase
camping spots.

No. Please see what NOT to bring for a list of items not allowed on festival or
camping grounds.

Yes. When utilizing a generator, please be considerate of your neighbors. The
quieter the better. All generators are the sole responsibility of their owners. For
tent camping, generators must be shut off during quiet hours from 1am-7am.

CAMPING POLICIES

Camping passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Each camping pass comes with 1 parking pass, however, parking is offsite. A shuttle will be available to bring you back to the event grounds after you have check-in and will return you to the parking area Monday morning. 

Campsite check-in is Thursday, September 3 from 3:00pm-7:00pm and Friday, September 4 from 8:00am-12:00pm. All campers must be checked in by Friday at 12:00pm, no exceptions. 

No RV gray water dumping. There will be one pump and water service provided. Additional services can be provided at the expense of the camper. 

Fire lanes must remain open at all times. 

Keep your area clean. All trash must be bagged. Garbage pickup will be every morning between 8am-10am. Place your bag at the front of your campsite.

Vehicles cannot remain at the campsite. For towed RVs, the vehicle will need to unhook and be moved to offsite parking. For tent camping, once the vehicle is unloaded at the designated spot, it will need to be moved to offsite parking. A shuttle will be available to bring you back to the festival grounds and return you to your vehicle after the event concludes. 

Tent camping sites are 20′ x 30′ and RV camping sites are 20′ x 45′. All belongings must fit within the confines of the 20′ x 30′ tent campsite. RV camping may have a tent so long as it fits within the confines of the campsite.

There is an 8-person maximum capacity for RV camping sites. Tent camping is an 8-person maximum capacity. No exceptions. 

All RVs and vehicles will be inspected upon entry to the event grounds. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. Any camper found to have a weapon will be asked to immediately remove the weapon from the event grounds and store it in a safe location offsite. 

Venue/Promoter are not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen items. It is recommended that you do not bring valuable items. If you do, please lock them in your vehicle. 

Tent/Awning stakes must be marked with bright fabrics or tennis balls to avoid trip hazards.
